Terms & Conditions

Booking:

All bookings start through our website by selecting your preferred date. Once your date is chosen, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of your picnic. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation email with all the details and our direct contact information so you can easily reach us anytime.

Food & Drinks:

Food and drinks are not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own favorites to enjoy during your voyage.

Passengers & Weight:

Each boat ride allows only Three passengers. Passengers must be 18 years or older. The combined weight of passengers must not exceed 600 lbs. For your safety, bookings will be denied if age or weight requirements are not met. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Arrival:

Please arrive on time so we can go over safety measures, help you aboard, and complete your liability waiver. Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and smooth experience!

 

Fees:

-Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of property. Costs will be charged accordingly.

 

Weather Policy:

If, within 48 hours of your booking, the weather forecast shows a 30% or higher chance of rain or winds exceeding 14 mph, you will receive either a credit valid for 15 days to reschedule or a full refund.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, except for weather-related cancellations.

Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver:
Your deposit confirms your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Upon arrival, all passengers will be required to sign a liability waiver before boarding.
